“480 Minutes” - Boxing Day

Tune in for one of the final 480 Minutes programs of 2025 today beginning at 9 a.m. Eastern U.S. Time. The show is live-hosted until 5 p.m. after which you can bask in 2 hours of uninterrupted songs not heard during the previous 8 hours. After that the show will be rebroadcast in it's entirety on Friday evening beginning at 7 p.m., then again on Saturday at 5 a.m. & 3 p.m., & Sunday at 1 a.m. ET.

For much of the year 480 Minutes is focused on debuting our new playlist additions & highlighting other recent/soon-to-be-released releases. It’s not the same in December & January when submissions slow & so do we. Today’s show, however, will feature new 🎵 by Sleaford Mods from their forthcoming new album.

Today will feature another trip down memory lane for late-period Gen Xers during our popular new “NoonWave” segment. NoonWave consists of an uninterrupted set of post punk & new wave (roughly 1977-1987) during the noon (ET) hour.
