“480 Minutes” - 2025

1999 was weird. 2000 was really weird. 2001 was almost as weird. 2010 was a bit weird. Since then it’s felt more & more normal with each passing year. Until now: 2025. Think about that date. 1/4 of the way through the century after the one many of us arrived in as adults. It’s also seems shiny & sci-fi-y to me. I don’t know why, the gun just went off.
Today’s 480 Minutes program, the first in this new shiny & sci-fi-y year, should be noticeably more free-form than the average episode. So what’ll happen? That’s just it. We don’t know! Maybe something bad. Maybe something good.
As usual today’s 480 Minutes program begins at 9 a.m. Eastern U.S. Time & is live-hosted until 5 p.m. The show is rebroadcast in its entirety on Friday evenings beginning at 7 p.m., Saturdays at 5 a.m. and 3 p.m., and Sundays at 1 a.m. ET.
