Putin’s “Destroy America From Within” cabinet is coming together nicely: an Attorney General nominee who has spent 10x as much time under investigation for crimes as he did as a practicing attorney (check out what the founder of the right-wing Federalist thinks); a Health & Human Services secretary nominee who intentionally flooded Facebook with misleading information about vaccines killing children in Samoa which lead to a drop in vaccinations from 70% to 30% & a year later nearly 3% of the population contracted measles, & of course the dude has zero medical training; a Director of National Intelligence nominee who is unquestionably a Russian propagandist; a Secretary of Defense nominee whose main qualification appears to be that he looks good on TV (he’s a Fox News host) with no Pentagon, defense industry, or government experience who wants to relegate 20% of the military (the female portion) to secretarial jobs, and, oh yeah, he is a staunch defender of war criminals; & finally (for now) a Department of Homeland Security nominee whose claim to fame is murdering her puppy.
For all of the faux outrage about Diversity, Equality, & Inclusion initiatives supposedly giving jobs to people who don’t deserve them, MAGA & Fox News don’t seem to mind in the slightest installing uniquely unqualified, inexperienced, & depraved loyalists into the most powerful government jobs as long as those nominees are telegenic (Rubio & Burgum excluded) & hate the same people they do.
