“480 Minutes” - Bridge Episode

This is the bridge episode that leads to our year-end top music episode of 480 Minutes next Friday, 12/15/23. So exciting!
We have been driving ourselves batty listening to all 500+ new songs added to rotation this year to rate & rank them & the releases they appeared on. If we are able to compile final lists we reveal these rankings they will be revealed next week, If we fail you will never hear from us again.
Listeners have been busy filling out their BAGeL Radio bingo cards w/ the songs/artists they think will make the BAGeL Radio top 50. Those songs will be aired in reverse order beginning at #50 at 11 a.m. next Friday. Believe it or not a couple of listeners have submitted theirs already. I am jealous of those listeners b/c I am incapable of completing tasks a week in advance. I know you feel me.
All this is to say that todays award-winning 480 Minutes show will again feature NO new songs, which is the show’s raison d'etre. Except for December.
Today’s 480 Minutes program begins at 9 a.m. Eastern U.S. Time & is live-hosted until 5 p.m. The show is rebroadcast in its entirety on Friday evenings beginning at 7 p.m., Saturdays at 5 a.m. and 3 p.m., and Sundays at 1 a.m. ET.
