This is a public service announcement (without guitars): when a child knows s/he is busted and gives a lame excuse, sees that the excuse is not doing the trick, and starts making less and less believable excuses, chances are the kid is lying.   This holds true even for the 70-year old Glutton with the Button.

This is a public service announcement (without guitars) part 2: this Sunday is Mother's Day: celebrate your mom, whether she's nearby, far away, or no longer with us. Celebrate her whether you love her to pieces, can't stand to be in the same room with her, or anything in between. She's your mother, she deserves to be honored for having brought you into this world...hmmmm...the more I think about this present world...I'm going to stop thinking about that right now.

The show is rebroadcast in it's entirety on Friday evenings beginning at 7 p.m., Saturdays at 5 a.m. and 3 p.m., and Sundays at 1 a.m. ET.
