“480 Minutes” - Lord Stanley
Absolutely nothing newsworthy happened this week except that baseball season is underway & the NHL playoffs are set to begin at 5pm ET Saturday with my New York Islanders visiting the Carolina Hurricanes.
I guess it was news when Israel fired missiles into Iran, & when FOX News did their best to put targets on the backs of prospective jurors in the first Trump trial, & that the orange guy whose only cogent line of attack against his political opponent is that his opponent is old & not physically up to the task of being president fell asleep in court on day one…but for now The Stanley Cup Playoffs & the start of baseball season trump all of that.
