Closing out a very busy month with a very exciting new addtion: new, as-yet-unreleased material from SF band Elephone (Pick-o-Bagel).  Other new additions include The Rhones and Spoon.

New additions include lots local Bay Area music like Audio Out Send, Low Flying Owls, Casiotone For The Painfully Alone, and not-so-local stuff like Midnight Movies, and not-even-remotely-local stuff like Snow Fairies and Cathy Davey (Pick-o-Bagel).

Recurrent addtions include ABC, Sonic Youth, Decemberists, The Vessels, Edwyn Collins, Minuteman, Klang, Sparklehorse, Yeah, Yeah Yeahs, Elvis Costello, and Quasi.

By the way, the ROCK AGAINST BUSH Vol. 1 compilation CD is only $6 and also comes with a DVD that I understand is way cool (I haven't watched it yet).  Please support the bands and the movement by purchasing this package.  All the cool kids are doing it (nudge, nudge, wink, wink).

New additions include material from the ROCK AGAINST BUSH VOLUME 1 compilation CD like Anti-Flag, The Epoxies, The Descendents, and Less Than Jake (featuring Billy Bragg).

Other new additions include Cane141 (Pick-o-Bagel), Erlend Oye, Fionn Regan, Empathy, Dark Globe, Aeon Spoke, Fool's Circle, Whirlwind Heat, Agent Blue, The Clams, Devendra Banhart, Twentyfourseven, Aki Sirkesalo, and Gisli (Pick-o-Bagel).

The only recurrents added were Jesus Jones covering a Crazyhead song, and Diesel Park West covering a Jesus Jone song.  Both are from a 1989 Food Records EP that was just returned to me all these years later -- thanks, Tom!

New playlist additions include the Pixies and Radiohead recorded live at the Coachella Valley Music Festival last weekend.  OK, so the songs aren't new, but the versions are, including Radiohead playing "Creep," which they rarely do live anymore, at the behest of the Pixies.
